What To Expect
After your first two 55-minute initial mental health counseling office or virtual visits, your licensed mental health therapist will evaluate your condition(s), develop an appropriate treatment plan, and recommend 55-minute follow–up mental health therapy sessions to work on your treatment.

What To Expect
At your initial 30-minute psychiatry medication management in-office or virtual visit, your psychiatric provider will evaluate your condition or conditions, diagnose, and prescribe medications. Your prescriptions will be quickly and conveniently sent to your pharmacy. We also have delivery options. Our psychiatrist may also recommend specific lab work, psychological testing with one of our psychologists, or mental health counseling with one of our mental health therapists. Your psychiatry provider will most likely see you at a second 20-minute visit within a few weeks, then provide follow-up care at 20-minute monthly follow–up medication management visits.

Medical Nutrition Services
Our experienced licensed dietitian nutritionists offer nutrition protocols for a range of medical nutrition therapy conditions.
Our services include:
- Specialized individual nutrition counseling education sessions for a variety of health-related conditions, such as eating disorders, diabetes, IBS, PCOS, thyroid, and many more that can be improved through nutrition (link to medical nutrition page)
- Nutrition evaluations for procedures such as bariatric surgery to be approved by the insurance companies
- Meal planning for patients on specialized diets or weight loss patients who are on or off GLP-1s or appetite suppressants.
- Fast weight loss program with meal replacements.
We also offer virtual medical nutrition therapy with a dietitian nutritionist that does NOT include weight loss medication, B12 shots, or nutrition testing.
What To Expect
At your first 50-minute initial virtual or in-office nutrition visit, your licensed dietitian nutritionist will evaluate and educate you on how to improve your nutritional conditions through diet. They will most likely recommend a second 25-minute visit within a few weeks and then provide follow-up care at 25-minute follow-up visits.

Weight Loss
Our weight loss medical providers specialize in diagnosing and treating weight loss through various weight-loss medications, including GLP-1s and appetite suppressants. They will help determine if you are a good candidate for weight-loss medications and will prescribe the best weight-loss medication for you.
- Regular progress monitoring and follow-ups
- Medically monitored weight loss medications
What to expect
At your first 30-minute weight loss medication in-office or virtual visit, your medical provider will evaluate your condition(s) and prescribe weight loss medications, which will be sent to your pharmacy or home. You will follow up with your medical provider virtually or at one of our office locations each month.
Your provider may recommend that you meet with one of our dietitian nutritionists for diet support and/or join one of our in-office, self-pay weight loss memberships, which offer monthly or weekly visits. These visits may include medication injections, lab work, thyroid monitoring, blood sugar and cholesterol monitoring, B-12 shots, body fat testing, and muscle sculpting procedures.
